정부는 연일 계속되는 폭염으로 화재 발생 위험이 높아짐에 따라 화재위험경보 '경계'를 발령하고 있으며 전기화재 예방을 위한 안전수칙 준수를 권고하고 있습니다.
구성원 여러분께서는 정부의 화재예방 권고사항에 따라 다음 사항을 적극 실천하여 주시기 바랍니다.
▲ 실외기 주변 가연물 적치 및 문어발식 콘센트 사용 금지
▲ 멀티탭·콘센트 과열 시 즉시 사용 중단
▲ 손상된 전선 및 전기기기 즉시 교체
▲ 사용하지 않는 전기기기는 플러그를 뽑거나 전원을 차단
▲ 서버실 및 통신실은 냉방장치의 정상 작동 여부와 실내온도를 수시로 확인하여 장비 과열 예방

Electrical Fire Prevention Notice
Due to the prolonged heat wave and the increased risk of fire, the government has issued a “Warning” level fire risk and recommends strict compliance with electrical fire prevention measures.
All campus members are requested to follow these safety precautions:
▲ Do not place combustible materials near outdoor air-conditioning units or overload electrical outlets.
▲ Regularly check that individual air conditioners are operating properly. Stop using them immediately if overheating or other abnormalities are detected.
▲ Stop using power strips or outlets immediately if they become hot.
▲ Replace damaged electrical cords and equipment immediately, or discontinue their use.
▲ Unplug or switch off electrical devices when they are not in use.
▲ In server and telecommunications rooms, regularly check cooling systems and indoor temperatures to prevent equipment from overheating.
Small safety measures can prevent electrical fires.
Please follow these fire prevention guidelines to help maintain a safe campus.
