Regulations for course completion

1. A minimum of 36 credits is required to complete this Interdisciplinary Major, including 6 credits of required major courses.

2. However, students from participating departments must complete at least 18 credits from courses in major areas other than their first major, among the courses offered as part of the Artificial Intelligence Application Interdisciplinary Major.
In addition, courses completed as part of the first major that exceed the 30 credits required for the Interdisciplinary Major may be counted toward both the first major and the Interdisciplinary Major.

3. Up to 6 credits from internship courses may be recognized as major credits. Courses offered by the Center for Field Practice, including courses with course codes beginning with “COOP,” may also be recognized as major credits, up to 6 credits. However, the total number of internship credits that may be recognized as major credits is limited to 6 credits.
